Cullman Regional Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, P.C. was established on December 13, 1995 by Dr. Dave Dueland after completing his fellowship. Dr. Dueland played a pivotal role in bringing sports medicine expertise to the Cullman area, which was lacking such services at the time. Dr. Ben Gomez joined the practice in 1997, greatly contributed to the growth and development of the business. Moving to their current location in 2005 was a significant milestone in expanding their services and providing better care to their patients.
2025 Insurance Announcement
As we enter 2025, please remember, insurance deductibles do reset at the beginning of each new year. Please check with your insurance company to verify if elective surgery deductibles apply to your policy. Deductibles for elective surgery will be due prior to surgery.
Also, for those who have new insurance plans effective on Jan. 1, 2025, make sure to present a copy of your new insurance card to our office.
